招Legal Officer-外资

Based in Guangzhou, China

The Legal Officer helps to ensure that business is conducted in a legitimate and sustainable way. The position holder will assist senior legal counsel and legal head to handle legal matters. Reporting to senior legal counsel.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Draft and review contracts and legal document

Provide legal advice to the businesses

· Trademarks

Stamp management

Contracts and documents filing

Legal research

Corporate information management; corporate certificate registration, renewal and maintenance

Other matters assigned by senior legal counsel and legal head

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters in law from a reputable law school in China, Overseas education background and/or pass Chinese bar exam a plus.

Fluent English and Chinese, both in written and speaking

Proficient in PPT, good at Word, Excel

Strong communication capabilities

Pragmatic, fast learning, patient and good team work
